The structure
The Eremo di Bienno, also known as Hermitage of Saints Peter and Paul, is a place steeped in history and spirituality, whose roots lie deep in the Franciscan tradition. After a long period of abandonment, the ancient convent complex was reborn in the 1960s as a modern and vibrant Centre of Spirituality dedicated to Saint Paul VI, the Pope from Brescia.
